What are your payment terms? Our payment terms are generally 45% deposit upon placing an order, followed by 45% in the first week the work will start with the final payment due on completion.

Do I have to pay for a quote?

No, all quotes and advice are completely free of charge and can be viewed in detail at our showroom or your home. A charge may be made for computer plans, however this is refundable once an order has been placed.

Do you use subcontractors?

Occasionally, we do sometimes use subcontractors who are fully qualified and insured for their relevant trade.

How long does the work take to complete?

This depends on the type of job and the complexity, for example, an average bedroom would take 4-5 days, an average kitchen and bathroom would take 2 weeks including all tiling. All circumstances will need to be looked at and quoted to give an exact timescale.

Can I just have a pump fitted to my shower to make it more powerful?

In most instances yes, but it is usually best for one of our experienced team to arrange a visit to your home at your convenience.

What are your lead times for fitting my kitchen, bathroom, bedroom?

Our Kitchens are made to order and take 6 weeks for delivery. Bedrooms & bathrooms can sometimes be arranged more quickly and usually within 3-4 weeks.
