Wetrooms

Akeide teamed up with Impey in 2004 to offer a growing concept in showering.

As well as complete wetrooms often seen across europe, we more commonly create a wet floor area with a fixed screen achieving a wetroom look but having the added practicality of containing the majority of water in a defined area. This has the advantage of less cleaning, minimalist design aspects, no shower door or moving parts and the added benefit of flat floor with no tray to step over also benefitting those with mobility problems.
